Benefits

Health insurance – You may elect to join the company's health insurance plan.
Mold-Rite will pay 2/3 of the premium and you will be responsible for 1/3.
Group Life Insurance Plan – Group Term Life Insurance benefits are provided to full-time employees.
Mold-Rite pays premiums with no cost to our employees.
Holidays – You will be eligible for paid Holidays after 90 days of employment.
Vacation – Paid vacations start after 1 year of employment.
Cafeteria – Open 24 hours, serving hot lunches daily.
Attendance Bonus – The attendance bonus recognizes those with good attendance.
Employee Assistance Services – As an employee of Mold-Rite Plastics, you and your immediate family can receive free and confidential referrals and counseling.
Cafeteria Flex Plan – This plan helps cover the cost of medical co-pays, dental, eye exams, child care, etc. Company match available. Eligible after one year of service.
401 K – Mold-Rite matches on 401K, new employees are eligible after one full year of employment and can enroll the following January or July.

Worksite Wellness Center – Our new facility is free and open 24 hours, 7 days a week. The center offers: treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, stair-steppers, complete weight room, 1/2 court basketball/volleyball, lockers, changing room, showers, fitness videos, access to health information, and a tanning bed (for a small fee).
