Lining Department

• Currently have 35 Cap lining machines
• We stock over 100 different liners on site to meet the demands of our customers
• Work closely with leading lining material vender's to provide custom liners with low minimums

Tooling

• We use Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machinery
• Our highly skilled technicians handle custom projects from CAD to finished mold
• We build and maintain all tooling in house to keep pricing marketable
• We can develop a package, build the tools and be first to market giving our customers a distinct advantage in the packaging world
• We can build your prototype and develop a custom package

Shipping, Traffic and Warehouse

Samples

• Samples are available on  stock items – quantities are subject to approval
• Most in stock samples are sent out within a couple days
• We will send samples FedEx Ground at no charge,  the customer is responsible for any premium service charges
• Color samples and non stock liners are available upon request – charges and lead times may apply
• If you know what you need you can request samples on the web anytime, day or night

Decorating Department

• We have numerous decorating machines
• We can decorate from a 24mm cap to a 120mm cap and from a 1/8oz-33mm jar to a 40oz-120mm jar
• Artwork can be accepted in various forms, including computer file (either on a disk, or send in email), film, label or art board. (Computer file is preferred for faster turn around time)
• Secure plate storage area, to ensure your plates stay in good condition
• We can offset print up to 5 colors on most jars and 4 colors on most caps

Quality Assurance

• We inspect raw materials coming in the door, on the production lines and once again prior to shipping
• We use State of the Art Technology and are continuously upgrading equipment
  • IR Scanner used to inspect and identify raw materials also used to certify C of C's
  • Enercon hand held sealer – used to ensure proper seal is being achieved
  • Color Analyzer  - to measure consistency of Dye materials
  • Optical Gage Product – video comparator with visual measurement sensor
  • Statistical Process Control – collects and trends processing
  • Torque devices - to measure allowance of pressure to apply closures
  • Force Gage for testing and validation
  • Full Calibration program
